How often do you update your probate case database?

Our team of data harvesters heads to the county court every weekday to update our system. Each day the information they collect is imported into our database so you can easily prospect the most update-to-date lead listing quickly.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Yes, a credit card is required to sign up, but don’t worry, we offer a free 7-day trial so you can test the system out before ever paying. If you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your credit card will not be charged. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for the first month of service at the end of the 7-day trial.

Is it safe to give my credit card information?

Yes, it is safe to give your credit card information. We use Stripe, a leading industry service that is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification in the payment industry. How Many Cases Can I Download?

Each subscription level allows users to search and view an unlimited number of cases and to download a maximum number of cases. Each PDF or CSV download counts against the monthly quota. If you need more downloads than your current plan allows, you can upgrade anytime. During the 7-day trial, users are limited to ten case downloads.

What Information is Included in Case Download?

Data provided include in each case includes decedent and petitioner information, beneficiaries, estimated distribution, attorney information, and much, much more. Advanced search filters allow you to define search criteria for complex and detailed results.
